Return of custom garments.

We know you will be delighted with the result, but if for some reason the size does not fit, we will be happy to modify your order to ensure a perfect fit. As these are products made to consumer specifications and customizations, the contract waiver does not apply (no returns). Please inspect your package upon receipt. Your garment will be considered defective if you receive it damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt. When trying on the garment for the first time, please do so wearing undergarments. If the product needs to be readjusted please email us at tienda@francinatelier.com .

How to make a size exchange?

If the size you ordered does not fit and you need to make an exchange, you must do so within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact. To make an exchange, you must send an email to tienda@francinatelier.com informing which model and size you are returning and the new size you need of that model. For size exchanges Franciatelier will take care of the return and reshipping costs, only once per order.

How do I make a return?

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact. The return postage will be paid by the customer, and the customer can send the garment by the agency he/she considers, always with postage prepaid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the responsibility of the customer and no refund can be made if the garment does not reach its destination.

Delivery time

In Spain and Portugal 3-5 working days from the reception of the order. For customized garments 15 working days.
